For important keywords to DELL I will say, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Toshiba, Sony, Acer, Asus, IBM, Samsung, Vizio, Gateway, MSI, Rain computer, Gigabyte, Panasonic.

Operation system, CPU, Memory, Hard drive, screen, mother board, graphic card, sound card, Home use, professional, work station, computer repair.

    • What outlets matter?

I think the kind of social network that people can rate products online is really important because this kind of website can control the trend of popular and the professional websites which provide professional evaluation of products will influence the sales directly.  

Besides social websites, another important outlet is the sales website like the official website which includes online shop or other online sales websites like amazon. After selling, the website can get accurate feedback from customers.

    • What are the customer hot buttons?

I think the customer hot buttons for Dell will be the public praise, price, quality, cost performance, performance of computers, after service.
