more market share. Meanwhile, make the manage system more efficiency.

Good reputation, Fashionable appearance, Enhanced features and functionality, High Cost-Effective.

Better price, further functionality and High-Q of our products.

Strong competitors like Apple, HP and Lenovo which share market
share with Dell. Their development can easily influence Dell’s position in
computer market.

I can cooperate with huge electrical stores and step up publicity
like commercial and website advertisement. I will also improve our website make
buying online and customer services more fast and convenient.

DELL using the metrics of
days sales outstanding (DSO), days sales in inventory (DSI), and days of
payables outstanding (DPO), Dell added DSO and DSI, then subtracted DPO, to
determine the cash conversion cycle.
