I choose this person because I found out he has a lot of working experience in different companies like Adsmoke, Yahoo!  He is not only an analytic but also an web developer.  The most thing he interest me is he is graduated from MSU.

He not only know web analytics/development but also know advertising and SEO. I think he is success to fit his job because he have comprehensive knowledge system and also abundant working experience.

I think the most important thing for me is their thinking of this job. I think the good one to be pick should treat this job not only a job. He/she should feel the sense of belonging and achievement. And also this person should have strong knowledge and rich experience on this kind of work.

 What particular traits would you look for?

I think for web analytic, beside specific knowledge and working experience, the particular traits I need is understand how to consider things from customers’ point of view. Like this person I choose, he is not only an analytic but also a website developer, how to use the data you analyze and to improve the website is the most important thing.
